Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid APIRoute Center cohorts, workshops, and team studios confirmed in writing. Website pricing is informational; this policy covers fees actually paid for a confirmed seat.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation email. Requests must come from the purchasing contact and include the cohort name and invoice reference.
Timeframe for partial refunds
Cancellations received between 13 and 5 days before the start date may receive a 50% refund of tuition paid. Cancellations inside 5 days, or after the first live session begins, are generally not eligible for a tuition refund, except where required by law or as listed under Exceptions.
Conditions for full or partial refund
Refunds apply to unused tuition. If we postpone a cohort by more than 21 days and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition fee.
Non-refundable items
Third-party tool licenses purchased separately, custom data-preparation work billed as a discrete line item, and completed private workshops that already ran are non-refundable. Self-paced materials unlocked after download may be non-refundable once access credentials have been used, unless a defect prevents access and we cannot remediate within 7 days.
Refund process
Email contact@apiroute-center.digital with subject line “Refund request”, your full name, cohort dates, and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days and confirm the decision within 10 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, typically within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not offer cash refunds at the office desk.
Cancellation by APIRoute Center
If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund or a seat in a future cohort of equal value — your choice.
Exceptions
We may grant goodwill refunds for documented medical emergencies or mandatory travel restrictions that prevent attendance. Team Atlas Cohort contracts may include custom cancellation schedules that supersede this page when explicitly stated in the signed statement of work.
